FAQ
Are the tours private?
Yes. The guide and the vehicle are for your party only, up to 12 guests, so the programme follows your pace.
Which languages do your guides speak?
English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish. Tell us your language when you ask for a price.
We are on a cruise. Will we be back on time?
Yes. Your guide meets you at the port and brings you back one hour before your ship sails. Send us the ship’s name and its port times with your request.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 3 days before the tour. After that the tour cannot be refunded, unless you send us a doctor’s report.
Why is there no price on the page?
The price depends on your group size, the guide language and the date. Send us the details and we reply with a firm price, usually within a few hours.
