Fill in the short form below. We check that you are a registered travel trade company and reply within 12–24 hours.
2 · Rates & sales kit
You receive agent rates, the commission per tour, departure dates and unbranded itineraries and photos to share with your clients.
3 · Book
Send us a booking for one traveller or a whole group. We confirm availability and hotels in writing.
4 · We operate
Our guides and team take care of your clients from arrival to departure. You get one contact person for every booking.

Your client, your price, our ground team
We never contact your clients or offer them a better price behind your back. The price on our website is the price your client pays; your margin comes from the agent rate. Documents carry your name, not ours.

How the agent programme works.
Who can join?
Registered travel agencies, tour operators and group organisers. We ask for your company details before we share agent rates.
How much commission do you pay?
Commission is set per tour and shared with your agent rates once your registration is confirmed.
Can I sell a single seat?
Yes. You can book individual travellers on a scheduled departure or a whole group on your own dates.
Will KAMPA contact my clients?
No. Your clients stay yours. We only contact them on the ground during the tour, as your local team.
Do I get material to promote the tours?
Yes. Registered agents receive unbranded itineraries and photos they can use under their own name.
