From the domes of Hagia Sophia and the treasures of Topkapi Palace to the rich collections of the Archaeology Museums, you will explore the city’s historic heart in depth.
Guided walks in Fatih, Balat, Galata, and along Istiklal Avenue reveal a vibrant mix of Byzantine, Ottoman, and modern stories, with time to pause in local cafés and markets. Crossing to Kadıköy and Moda, you will discover the lively spirit of the Asian shore before concluding your stay with memories of a city that bridges continents, cultures, and centuries.

Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing time to rest or explore the surrounding neighbourhood independently.
After breakfast, begin a guided exploration of Istanbul’s historic peninsula. Visit Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s most iconic monuments, followed by Topkapı Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans. The Harem section is available as an optional visit.
Continue to the Istanbul Archaeology Museums, housing exceptional collections from the ancient Near East and classical civilizations. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Evening at leisure.

Following breakfast, depart for a guided tour highlighting Istanbul’s diverse cultural heritage. Visit the Chora Mosque (Kariye), renowned for its Byzantine mosaics and frescoes (subject to restoration access).
Continue along the Golden Horn to the Bulgarian Iron Church (St. Stephen), then proceed to St. George (Aya Yorgi) at the Ecumenical Patriarchate. A guided walk through the colourful streets of Balat follows, with time for photographs and short café stops.

After breakfast, explore the European-style districts of Galata and Beyoğlu. Walk through the historic streets surrounding Galata Tower, with an optional ascent for panoramic city views.
Continue along İstiklal Avenue, discovering historic arcades, churches, cultural landmarks, and lively cafés. The afternoon is free for shopping or personal exploration. Overnight in Istanbul.
After breakfast, cross to the Asian side of Istanbul for a guided introduction to Kadıköy. Explore its bustling market streets, cafés, and contemporary cultural spaces.
Continue on foot to Moda, enjoying a scenic seaside promenade. Free time is provided for shopping or independent exploration before returning to the European side. Overnight in Istanbul.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for your outbound flight, marking the end of your Istanbul journey.
